✅ All payments made on tncarz.com are FINAL.
We do not provide refunds for any services, including:
- Featured ad listings
- Account upgrades
- Promotional services
- Any other paid features
Why No Refunds?
- Digital services are delivered instantly upon payment
- Costs incurred to process payments (gateway fees)
- Prevents misuse of our platform
Your Responsibilities
- Check ad details carefully before payment
- Ensure payment accuracy (wrong payments won’t be refunded)
- Contact your bank for payment errors
Only Exception
🔶 If you pay but the service fails completely (e.g., paid ad doesn’t appear at all):
- Email proof to selvarani0216@gmail.com within 24 hours
- We’ll fix the issue OR provide credit for future use
- No cash refunds
For Buyer-Seller Transactions
